:The Dragon Dance is a blend of Daoist and Indian Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The movements stimulate energy through a series of flowing and familiar poses. It's both challenging and fun, as you can see in the photographs below.

Independent Review of the Workshop:
"I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I signed up for Ingela’s Dragon Dance Workshop on September 8th but I am so glad I did as it was one of, if not the best, workshop I have ever attended. Ingela guided us through an incredibly powerful and dynamic yoga flow, transporting us into a mythic tale of warriors and dragons which left us totally exhilarated and zinging with energy, even after several hours of challenging poses and much perspiration!
We started off gently with Ingela using her usual charm and gentle humour to demonstrate all the different ‘bandhas’ or locks which she ensured us would make our practice more rewarding and easier to achieve. She then gradually, with great skill and really without our realising, built up all the moves that we would eventually link together into the complete Dragon Dance sequence, which, remarkably, we were, by then, ready to accomplish! After a truly, scrumptious yet healthy lunch, we then went on to a session of gentle pranayama and relaxation which left us all glowing with a feeling of empowerment and inner tranquillity.
Ingela is such an inspiring teacher, so knowledgeable and technically able and yet at the same time so approachable, amusing and caring, she is always able to coax the best out of each and every aspiring yogi! So, thank you, Ingela, for such an amazing workshop and thank you too, Pete, for making such a health-giving lunch so delicious. I have already signed up for the repeat performance!"
