Ethos & Styles of Yoga with Ingela in Ross
Ethos: I believe in what I like to call "Guilt-Free Yoga". This basically means that there are no class term commitments; you only pre-book and attend classes when the Spirit of Yoga moves you! Hopefully this means that I get to see a lot of you but we all know ,"Life Happens" so just relax and be present when you can. Due to Covid-19, classes must be prepaid and pre-booked as no cash can be accepted at this time. Just go to the "Book Here" button to book your class.
Style of Yoga: I teach a combination of many different disciplines of Yoga with a driving passion for sharing the knowledge and the positive effects of a regular practice. The style of Yoga is a lively mixture of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. The aim is to learn to "feel" yoga : not to just "do" yoga.
Levels: The level of classes varies depending on the students and their previous experience.

Summing it Up: No matter what level of student you are, just starting out or a seasoned Yogi, I will share my knowledge and experience in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We have plenty of giggles along with a lot of active teaching and emphasis on alignment. My goal is to impart confidence and energy to all students.. with a big smile and a light heart!
